When a pitcher throws a lot of fastballs, then you look for fastballs. When the pitcher throws a bunch of curveballs, then that’s what you wait for.
In the equity markets, I’m looking for whether selected stocks make lower lows and make higher highs.
I’ve highlighted some of those lower low/higher high levels in the chart of Corning (GLW.N) seen below.
